Praveen leads technology initiatives at NeoLotex. His professional focus is architecting, developing and delivering critical business solutions for clients. Apart from building and managing a top-flight technology team, his responsibilities include technology strategy planning, technology incubation, business innovation using futuristic technologies, technology alliances.
Prior to NeoLotex, Praveen, worked with various multinational software and services companies like Softura, Collabera and CIBER Inc. Praveen has a post graduate degree in Computer Applications from University of Madras and thirteen years of industry experience.
Haneef comes with a strong background in Operations and Service Delivery. He has been instrumental in setting up the core operation team in NeoLotex, streamlining and stabilizing all the projects undertaken since inception. Haneef is recognized by peers and clients for willingness to learn while taking on new challenges, ability to conquer escalated issues, managing multiple issues effectively, team mentoring, and training techniques.
Promod is a Commerce professional, having more than 20 years of work experience in BPO, IT & ITES industry, in Operations, Account Management and Sales, with last 14 years in Leadership Role. He is responsible for building business and brand at NeoLotex. He would also be seen quite often along with Implementation team at NeoLotex and ensuring the Operationalization of the deliverables.

His diverse background in sales working with MNC’s, Telco’s and Corporate Events industry, makes him ideal in this role as Sr. Sales and Account Manager with a proven track record, which is in line with the company’s vision and goal to diversify into new markets in the technology, automation and digitization segments.
