Renjith brings with him extensive experience in the technical and executive leadership functions in the areas of Finance, Operations, Technology and Business Strategy since 1999. He has necessary blend of experience and expertise for creating and managing a high growth IT services and outsourcing company.
Prior to founding NeoLotex, Renjith worked with various multinational software and service companies like CIBER Inc, Misys & Indecomm etc
Praveen leads technology initiatives at NeoLotex. His professional focus is architecting, developing and delivering critical business solutions for clients. Apart from building and managing a top-flight technology team, his responsibilities include technology strategy planning, technology incubation, business innovation using futuristic technologies, technology alliances.
Prior to NeoLotex, Praveen, worked with various multinational software and services companies like Softura, Collabera and CIBER Inc. Praveen has a post graduate degree in Computer Applications from University of Madras and thirteen years of industry experience.
