Job Description
As a BDM – Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition & renewal of existing client base for Enterprise Digitalization department by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to meet monthly revenue targets, contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to develop strategies and sales objectives to market Enterprise Digitalization Solution with DMS – Document Management Services to multinational or national organizations.
- New Leads Development – generate new leads through cold calling and networking techniques identifying key decision makers in potential client businesses
- Strong understanding of the software technology landscape and market trends.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
- Achieve annual individual sales goals and objectives within the prescribed time frame, collaborate with the Head of Sales to prepare and deliver exceptional proposals, presentations.
- Meet and or exceed established goals, call targets, revenue targets, and new business acquisition initiatives
- Familiarity in utilize and maintain accurate records in CRM database
- Experience in managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Understand Market drivers and anticipate trends
- Ability to develop a customer centric approach by handing client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
- Create plans in conjunction with the Head of Sales to ensure monthly and quarterly account development Manager will be responsible for team management, planning and reporting,
- He/ She should be willing to travel on a regular base
- Fluent in spoken and written in English & Regional Language (Hindi / Kannada / Telugu)
Qualifications:
- Master’s in marketing and sales preferred or any Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of prior experience in high ticket B2B Sales & marketing, business development, account management in the IT software technology consulting industry.
Recommended
- Preferred candidates with prior experience from Enterprise Digitalization
- Experienced in the preparation of tenders/bids/proposals
- Proven track record of developing prospects and securing new clients.
