Deliverables
- Should have prior experience in sales & marketing, business development, account management in IT, software technology consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of the software technology landscape and market trends.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales. In depth knowledge of IT software solutions and consulting services.
- Experience in managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Understanding of different software development methodologies and technologies.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose appropriate software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintain strong relationships with clients & work with internal cross functional team.
- Ability to develop a customer centric approach by handing client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively demonstrate software solutions & analytical skills to assess market trends, competition, and client needs.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives & targets.
Qualification
- Preferably master’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Preference will be given to MBA.
- 3-6 years of prior experience in Sales & Marketing
