We are a Business process Management Solutions  & Services Company based out of Bangalore, looking for dynamic experienced Sales Representative. Candidates should possess a sense of ownership and pride in his/her performance and its impact on the company’s success.

Deliverables

  • Should have prior experience in sales & marketing, business development, account management in IT, software technology consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of the software technology landscape and market trends.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales. In depth knowledge of IT software solutions and consulting services.
  • Experience in managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
  • Understanding of different software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose appropriate software solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintain strong relationships with clients & work with internal cross functional team.
  • Ability to develop a customer centric approach by handing client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively demonstrate software solutions & analytical skills to assess market trends, competition, and client needs.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives & targets.

Qualification

  • Preferably master’s or bachelor’s degree.
  • Preference will be given to MBA.
  • 3-6 years of prior experience in Sales & Marketing
