Managing Support Lead

We are a Business Process Management Solutions & Services Company based out of Bangalore, looking for dynamic and self-motivated IT Application Support Lead, who can play a significant role in managing Application support activities of NeoLotex own flagship BPM Products.

Deliverables

• Skill to coordinate/ communicate/ Follow-up (verbal/written) multiple stack holders of applications/issues in discussions
• Maintain written communication and required acknowledgements from related stack holders for clarity of understanding and closure of issues
• Dedication to learn application database’s design, data and real time operational aspects
• Passion to analyze data and guide team members on the same
• Troubleshoot and provide resolution to known production issues based on predefined methodologies
• Attitude to adhere set processes and adoption of new through discussions and concurrence for better management of application in production
• Take ownership of customer issues, including troubleshooting by collaborate with product team to give solutions on new issues to customers
• Create clear and concise Knowledge documents and ensure maintenance of the same for reference and training
• Motivate and utilize team members to scale up the performance of team and attend multiple client’s issues and support requests parallel
• Take required steps to scale up as a lead to next levels based on the self-learning and trainings provided

Core Competencies

• A sense of ownership and pride in his/her performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Should have good experience with MS SQL Server or similar RDBMS systems
• Exposure to AWS or Azure platforms is an added advantage
• Knowledge on Windows Server OS required. Having knowledge in Linux is an added advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Experience in working in a team and aware of difference in team goals and individual goals

Qualification

• Any bachelor degree
• 7+ years of experience
