One of our financial client’s Project had undertaken the ambitious goal of transforming the onboarding process of new partners. Handled by conventional methods, this endeavor can be fraught with hurdles, characterised by an extensive and intricate maze of steps across different departments. Operating within the client’s dual-database system named \Config\ and \Core\ brought its own set of complexities. The interdependence without direct connectivity demanded a sophisticated multi-database handler approach. A further technical hurdle was encountered with the storage and retrieval of JSON data within these databases, a task demanding parsing prowess and advanced SQL capabilities, all while attempting to minimise database dependencies to streamline the processes involved.

The solution for their ongoing needs was found in a dynamic project management and delivery mechanism, built on the foundation of robust discussions, regular client engagement, and the implementation of a flexible, technology-centered strategy.
