One of our financial client’s Project had undertaken the ambitious goal of transforming the onboarding process of new partners. Handled by conventional methods, this endeavor can be fraught with hurdles, characterised by an extensive and intricate maze of steps across different departments. However, the real challenge isn’t just centering around the process itself but ensuring that the technology in place can adapt and respond to the dynamic demands of modern business operations.

Challenge

Onboarding new partners presents a significant challenge. From due diligence to integrating diverse partner needs, a customized approach is vital but can hinder progress. The substantial time, manpower, and resource investment in this process pose a challenge, impacting the client’s scalability and innovation.

Operating within the client’s dual-database system named \Config\ and \Core\ brought its own set of complexities. The interdependence without direct connectivity demanded a sophisticated multi-database handler approach. A further technical hurdle was encountered with the storage and retrieval of JSON data within these databases, a task demanding parsing prowess and advanced SQL capabilities, all while attempting to minimise database dependencies to streamline the processes involved.
