Position Overview: We are looking for a Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead end-to-end
delivery of BPM/workflow solutions. This role acts as a self-sufficient techno-functional leader, capable
of driving projects independently.
• Act as primary decision-maker for techno-functional aspects of projects
• Own solution design, workflow architecture, and integrations
• Independently resolve technical and functional challenges
• Validate and challenge team decisions
• Ensure production-ready delivery without escalation
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end project delivery from requirements to go-live
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and within-scope delivery
• Lead BA, Developers, Configuration teams, and QA
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams
• Own and approve workflow design, integrations, and architecture
• Drive resolution of technical/configuration challenges
• Validate effort estimates and timelines
• Act as primary client interface and manage expectations
• Ensure UAT, sign-offs, and deployment readiness
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10 years in BPM / Workflow / Enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge of workflow engines, APIs, SQL
• Ability to troubleshoot and guide teams technically
• Strong client communication and leadership skills
