Customer Care Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to support the ESAF client operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling experience, and the ability to interact with customers in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Address customer queries related to services, accounts, or processes.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain proper call records, customer details, and follow-up actions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
  • Meet daily productivity and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar role.
  • Proficiency in any South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) and
    Hindi is mandatory.
  • Good verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in BFSI / Banking / Financial Services process.
  • Prior experience handling ESAF or similar client processes is an added advantage.
