Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to support the ESAF client operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling experience, and the ability to interact with customers in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address customer queries related to services, accounts, or processes.
- Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain proper call records, customer details, and follow-up actions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in any South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) and
Hindi is mandatory. - Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in BFSI / Banking / Financial Services process.
- Prior experience handling ESAF or similar client processes is an added advantage.
