Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information,
and ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves interacting with customers via calls and
resolving their concerns in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
- Record customer interactions and feedback accurately
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team
- Follow company processes and service standards
Language Requirements
- Mandatory: Hindi, English, Malayalam or Tamil/Telugu
- Knowledge of any South Indian language will be an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers patiently
- Willingness to work in a customer-interaction role
- Immediate joiners preferred
