Customer Care Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information,
and ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves interacting with customers via calls and
resolving their concerns in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
  • Record customer interactions and feedback accurately
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team
  • Follow company processes and service standards

Language Requirements

  • Mandatory: Hindi, English, Malayalam or Tamil/Telugu
  • Knowledge of any South Indian language will be an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle customers patiently
  • Willingness to work in a customer-interaction role
  • Immediate joiners preferred
