Quality Analyst Lead

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Analyst Lead to support the PEx Tab team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application testing within a digitalization environment and the ability to guide quality processes to ensure reliable and high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute manual testing of applications related to digital platforms.
• Review requirements, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test reports.
• Identify, document, track, and coordinate resolution of defects.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams.
• Support UAT activities and provide sign-off for releases.
• Mentor junior QA members and guide them on testing best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in application testing / QA.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience in digitalization projects or enterprise applications.
• Ability to lead testing activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of defect tracking tools and test documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading small QA teams or acting as a QA SPOC.
• Exposure to automation testing tools is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
