Team Leader – Operations

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Operations to manage and guide operational teams within the Enterprise Digitalization domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, operational efficiency, reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve operational targets and SLAs
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure process adherence and quality standards
  • Generate and analyze operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Track team performance metrics and productivity
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Identify process gaps and suggest continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handle team escalations, attendance, and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Experience in operations within Enterprise Digitalization or similar domains
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to generate, analyze, and present reports
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role
  • Prior experience in managing operational teams is mandatory

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in process improvement or operational excellence
  • Exposure to client-facing roles
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and SLA management
